ABOUT THE INVESTMENT
The investment provider has developed an investment strategy that focuses on the purchase of undervalued and unfinished property before such property becomes available on the open market. The company will facilitate the upgrading of such properties and their letting or resale to maximise returns.

The investment provider puts its bondholders at the forefront of any business decision. The company seeks to find robust opportunities that will generate sustainable cash flow across a 5-year term and thereby enable the company to meet its payment obligations comfortably under the bond instrument.
The investment provider utilise the services of a security trustee, which is authorised and regulated by the FCA. The company has entered into a Security Trust deed and Debenture with the security trustee, by which security trustee has a charge over the assets of the company. Under these agreements, the security trustee acts on behalf of bondholders and will step in and, if necessary, liquidate assets in the event that the company fails to pay bondholders their due returns.
